MagiKey Family Tree uses standard GEDCOM 5.5 in their programming. Occasionally other programs will use non standard GEDCOM when converting a file. Once a problem has been reported, we will change our code to recognize non standard GEDCOM used by other programs. Please email tech support with a copy of your GEDCOM and issue, and it will be fixed by the next update.
RootsTech was a big success. The next conference we are attending is OGS in Cleveland April 12-14. We will be teaching Mini-classes about Census Tracking Steps and using the 1940 census in the Exhibit Hall.
