Issue to MagiKey Family Tree

Issue Version 1.0 became available as a free download in January 2004. Basic functionality such as viewing information on a 4 or 5 generation pedigree, merging GEDCOM files, and generating a HTML register report for individuals in the file, and finding the relationship between two individuals in the database.

Issue Version 1.1 February 2004 included many bug fixes

Issue Version 1.2 November 2004 added the ability to merge sources, and marking the file so that when it was shared with family members it would be easy to merge any new data.

Issue Version 1.3. April 2005 added the ability to print footnotes on children in an HTML report, and added HTML family group sheet reports, and HTML pedigree charts.

Issue Version 1.3.4 December 2007 added the ability to create HTML birthday lists, the ability to check for anomalies in the database (such as being born before your parents were born), added a Family Group Sheet window to allow adding children to a family more easily. The hierarchal place view was also added to more easily see and organize places system.

Issue Version 2.0 May 3, 2009 - Added many new features such as the ability to navigate the pedigree easier, easier access to marriage information, viewing the descendants of an individual, FamilySearch Access certification, with the ability to normalize places using FamilySearch standard place names, search New FamilySearch and match a person in the GEDCOM file with existing FamilySearch information, and the ability to a new person to New FamilySearch.

MagiKey Family Tree Version 2.1 November 24, 2009 (Renamed from Issue to MagiKey Family Tree, now available for purchase instead of free download) Many bugs fixed. Added FamilySearch ordinance reservation certification, suggestion of tasks and points of research, updated pedigree chart to included the children of the selected individual on the pedigree chart, FamilySearch helper certification, ability to view and search the source index, repository index, easily view the TODO notes created, added program specific help files, updated the user interface.
