The SUBMITTER INDEX is a list of individuals who authored
(or submitted) pieces of information that you have merged into your database,
so you can track who has given you information.
Why would I use the Submitter Index?
To find the contact information of those who have assisted you in your research efforts by sharing
their research with others.
