MagiKey Family Tree has a new solution that makes census tracking easier and more rewarding.  The internal census tracker connects to the information in the database, allowing the program to do most of the work.  Having the database and spreadsheet interconnected eliminates the need to retype information multiple times.  Providing a template for each census and allowing you to link the census event to the whole family simplifies the extraction process.  Once the family has been extracted and  linked, MagiKey Family Tree automates the rest.  It displays the information in a Family Census Tracker table, links information to the timeline,  and includes the census information in Place event reports.  We incorporate a timeline with in the tracker as well as printing reports. 

Once your census and database information is integrated, MagiKey Family Tree helps you to analyze your data by making deductions for you.  For example, by comparing age ranges from different censuses, it can narrow down the actual range of an individual for you.  Census information included on the interactive timeline view, indicates  where possible discrepancies  might occur between the census data and other sources.
